Raise Awareness


Whether it is talks to small groups of employees or a full-blown conference speech, I am happy to share my own story as I highlight the harm alcohol can cause, particularly to our mental health. Content is tailored to the organisation, but would typically be around wellbeing and stress management. Decades of presenting to clients in my previous career in advertising mean that I am a confident speaker.

Education for Mental Health First Aiders


Usually done in seminar format, either online or face-to-face. Deep dives into the science behind alcohol, what to look out for, how to signpost people to help.

Wellbeing Training


Usually follows on after awareness-raising talk. Series of seminars covering:

✔️ Mental health and alcohol (why it exacerbates stress, anxiety and depression)
✔️ Alternative strategies for coping with mental health challenges
✔️ Physical health impacts
✔️ Role of alcohol in society and how things are changing + barriers to change
✔️ What help is available and how to access it

30-Day Challenges


Series of daily videos, with supporting workbook and weekly or bi-weekly live coaching sessions, for all employees who are curious about how their lives might be improved if they take a break from alcohol. Focus is on curiosity and challenge and not on deprivation, with tools and tactics for extending beyond the 30 days for those who would like to do so. Often run as a charity fund-raiser.

One-on-One Coaching


For any employee who is struggling to control alcohol. Coaching package includes zoom calls, arranged at times that work for the employee (ie: not necessarily between 9-5, Monday-Friday), with interim support by video-messaging app and access to wide range of resources such as videos, worksheets and recommendations on books and podcasts. Various options for funding and for ensuring client confidentiality.

Culture Assessment


This process begins with you completing the free online interactive assessment tool. Depending on the results of that, we may agree to dig a little deeper, by means of a staff survey and some depth interviews or focus groups. I can manage these for you, or work with your team members or chosen supplier. The key thing is for employees to feel safe expressing their opinions, so that the assessment is accurate and objective.

Board Buy-In


A vital part of the process! It is essential to have at least one senior individual championing the culture change project, and I will work with you ensure the right people are on the team and to address any concerns raised by other board members. I serve as the non-exec Chair of Route (Out-of-Home audience measurement for the UK) and have a very good track record when it comes to achieving boardroom consensus.

Culture Change


I work with the Change Champion and their team, to develop, communicate and implement a Charter for Change, and ensure that the feedback loops are all working well.
